Who We Really Are

Look, we're not gonna feed you some corporate nonsense about "transforming lives" or whatever. We're a no-BS training facility in the heart of Vancouver where serious people come to get seriously strong.

Started this place back in 2018 because we got tired of those cookie-cutter gyms with their fancy smoothie bars and yoga meditation zones. Nothing wrong with that stuff, just wasn't what we were about. We wanted somewhere real athletes could train hard, spar harder, and push past what they thought was possible.

Our crew's made up of former fighters, competitive lifters, and coaches who've been in the trenches. We've all been through the grind, dealt with injuries, faced setbacks, and came out the other side stronger. That's the experience we bring to the mats and platforms every single day.

Whether you're prepping for your first amateur fight or just want to stop feeling winded going up stairs - we'll meet you where you're at and push you further than you'd go alone.

Our Journey

From a single room to Vancouver's toughest training ground

March 2018

The Beginning

Started with just 800 square feet, three heavy bags, and a dream. Our first members? Five fighters who couldn't find decent sparring partners anywhere else in the city.

September 2019

First Championship Win

One of our guys took gold at the BC Provincial MMA Championships. That's when people started paying attention. Word spread fast in the fight community.

January 2021

Major Expansion

Moved to our current 5,000 sq ft facility on Burrard. Added Olympic lifting platforms, a full-size octagon, and proper strength equipment. Yeah, we went all in.

June 2022

Team Grows

Brought on three more coaches - all with legit credentials and real competition experience. No fake Instagram trainers here, just people who've done the work.

October 2025

Today

Over 200 active members, multiple title holders training under our roof, and a reputation as the place where Vancouver's toughest train. We're just getting started.
